Reformat

My PC is getting slower when accessing some applications or sometimes it is getting hang up and I need to restart it immediately. I bring my CPU to the computer shop to have checked up with the technician. The technician told me that my CPU needs to reformat in able to bring back the natural condition of my computer. He asked me if the CD of the other application that is installed is at present, I answer him that I am not sure if the CDs are still there.

So I went home immediately to look for the CDs but I didn’t find anything. I asked my mother if she knows the CDs then she answered that the CDs were gone.
